Very Frustrating Experience I had a scheduled appointment at Public Storage for 9:00 AM. I called multiple times when I arrived, but no one answered and no one was there to assist me. I’m not sure why I was allowed to schedule an appointment if no one was going to be available. I had my 1-year-old with me, so this was especially frustrating and inconvenient.
