Kipp was very helpful when I needed access to my unit. Forgot my gate code and he was readily accessible to assist and get me that information. Very quick to respond. Perfect storage unit place to be!
Great facility. The layout is a little bit cramped, but still enough room to get around, it's clean, maintained well, in a good location. Kip, (whom I believe is the gm) is awesome! Super helpful, friendly, funny, easy to talk to, you can tell right away that he's a decent guy.
Kipp was wonderful, very helpful and patient
walked around earlier and spoke with Kipp best service i’ve ever had!!!
When I tell you that store 182 went above and beyond I mean just that . Took care of me when I had no one else to assist me. Kip is the Best and definitely needs a raise . Anyone that puts the customer first and with a smile is a keeper love the facility and will recommend. Too others thank you such a load off !!!!!
