I got side swiped by a semi in June 2024. The passenger side of my car was seriously damaged and I’ll say all repairs were approved quickly. I got a police report and I got a license plate number of the semi! The claims adjuster - FU was his initials couldn’t have been more rude to me and told me I didn’t give him any information after I folllowed up with questions. Secura is a DANGEROUS company to work with. After 10 years with 2 policies and NO CLAIMS, they illegally dropped us without explanation or giving us the required 60 day notice. It was only at the pleading of our agent that we did not report them to the dept of commerce. You have been warned.
An at least 10,000lb maybe more BOX truck hit my 2014 Jeep Compass fleet vehicle that was completely stopped on the highway. Not only did my body absorb the impact from the event my poor 303,000 mile fleet vehicle absorbed it too. Initially this insurance company sounded concerned and said they would do everything to help me get my fleet vehicle that passed inspection 14 days before the accident back on the road.
