Somebody stole my husband's work vehicle "the hot rod" Pontiac G5. That person decided to joyride around until he was found by police, they chased him around until he crashed the vehicle off a 30-40ft cliff. Company decides to just stop doing home and car insurance and leaves you in the dust. Money hungry company and rude heartless employees. Stay away.
We recently had a truck break in and all our Milwaukee tools were stolen. Within a day Secura reached out to us to get the claim going. We had all the paperwork to them (minus the police report) the next day. In turn they had everything they needed and once the police report was given to them we Secura had everything approved within a day and check sent out. Sara S was extremely easy to deal with and she explained everything within the process. She was very informative! A highly recommended company for sure!
I mail my premium check the day I get the invoice. Secure takes weeks to process the payment, all while sending cancellation notices followed by "hey we got your past due payment so disregard". Seriously why can't I pay online??
