If i could give less than one star i would do it but i cant. This is the worse place ever. I regret sooo much getting services for my parents thru this crappy place. The coordinator is terrible if the aid cant come they dont send anybody. My parents are both very ill and i have had to leave my job to care for them because nobody show up to my house and when you call the coordinator give you 1000 lies. Shame on you guys.
Some of the Aides come and go as they please. This specific aide offered my mother money to keep her mouth shut whenever she left early. Very poor service and a liar, taking advantage of the elderly. Let me clarify it is not the agency itself, it is certain Aides.....just be very alert when allowing anyone to come into your home to care for your loved one. The scheduler herself sucks! Do not use this company.
