I purchased a furniture set from this wonderful company. I ordered and receive my couch within 2 weeks an got it properly delivered to the third floor. Price is outrageously amazing and service is top tier. I have recommended this business to anyone looking for furniture!
Chris has horrible customer service after he gets your money! I paid for delivery and was told my couch would be here between 10-12. I called at 12:00 asking when they would be here and was told they were supposed to have delivered it already. They came at 12:45 so I asked for a discount on my delivery fee because I had plans at 1:00 that I had to cancel. I wasn't sure about this store but SO GLAD I gave it a chance. Their storeroom was well stocked and priced spectacularly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I purchased a modular sofa and ottoman at a fraction of the price it would've cost at the Ashley's store. Will be referring everyone I know and returning for another sofa I plan to purchase for my office. Thank you!
We had an amazing experience at Sectional Warehouse. We were greeted by the woman up front who was very kind and helpful. We quickly found a couch suitable to our needs at a great price and we were very surprised on how fast the process was. Our couch was delivered and set up next day which was amazing! The delivery team was friendly and quick with set up. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking!
