I bought my partners engagement ring from here and the girls where lovely with helping me. they took there time and explained everything well. they have a ignite collection where you can design and custom make your own ring and my girlfriend LOVED it. they went on to explain that there diamonds are from Dubai which is nice. My partners ring is great quality and I have no issues what’s so ever. We will be back for the wedding bands and presents for her in the future. This is not for Mackay store I ordered a sample ring online to check the size after confirming with a manager. I was clearly told by staff that exchanges were allowed, so I returned the item to the address provided by the online manager. However, it has now been over 3 months and I have received no response at all. I have tried contacting them multiple times via email, but after I followed up, a staff member named Grace completely stopped responding. At this point, I have no idea who else I can contact. VERY DISAPPOINTED My partner bought me a gorgeous ring and paid extra for 5 yr warranty it snapped at the join of the stone 12 months after getting it they remade it took 4 weeks but it was not the same within 1 month of getting replacement back it snapped on both sides of the band. The gold quality is not what they say it is now it’s a fight to get refund as the shop is now in receiver ship I have posted pics below of where it snapped. Would not recommend this place to buy ur partner a ring
Best experience ever ! Customer service is exceptional!! Always friendly and happy to help. Super bubbly staff - Jenny is amazing as always, goes above and beyond ! Highly recommend these guys and of course the jewellery is beautiful
