VERY DISAPPOINTED My partner bought me a gorgeous ring and paid extra for 5 yr warranty it snapped at the join of the stone 12 months after getting it they remade it took 4 weeks but it was not the same within 1 month of getting replacement back it snapped on both sides of the band. The gold quality is not what they say it is now it’s a fight to get refund as the shop is now in receiver ship I have posted pics below of where it snapped. Would not recommend this place to buy ur partner a ring

We absolutely adore Shhh Secrets Mackay store. The jewellery is amazingly gorgeous and affordable and the beautiful ladies Venny, Tanya and Leisa go above and beyond to help you and we never feel pressured to buy. We have purchased three beautiful rings so far and we just love them all. We pop in now most weekends and are always greeted with a smile and even a hug (Venny you are a truly kind and caring soul)!
