I’m extremely disappointed after being a loyal customer of Secretive Nail Bar for years. One of my nails broke only a week after my manicure, so I returned to have it repaired under their warranty. After leaving and looking at the result more closely in natural light, I noticed that the repair and shaping looked uneven and poorly finished. I contacted the salon promptly and provided photos.
