Rip-off, inconsistent quality, and zero accountability. I’ve spent $280+ per manicure here for what’s supposed to be a “specialty” service, yet my nails don’t even last three weeks. Instead, they’re left thin, brittle, and damaged every single time. What’s worse: The last three manicures were ruined, and instead of taking responsibility, I was charged an additional $30 each time just to “fix” their own poor work. Secretive is pricy but worth it. My nail tech was Zhanna (Top) and she is a fantastic nail technician. I came in to get a hard gel manicure to help me hopefully stop biting my nails. I felt Zhana was very easy to converse with, had meticulous attention to detail, and I truly appreciated the time she dedicated to my manicure. I’m definitely planning to work with her again when it’s time to return and reapply the hard gel.

Anzhelika has been my go-to technician since last year. For the longest time I could not find a nail salon that can make gel nails stay on for this long. She works fast and her service is worth every penny I pay for. Definitely recommend booking her!

Very upset with my last visit. I usually go to BH salon and theyre amazing. This last time I went, my nails chipped after two days and they didn’t even give me a proper pedicure and left my heels cracked. I messaged the instagram page to let them know of my issue and was left ignored.
