Eddy Jr. is the $#!T ! My tattoo is BADA$$!
I have an artist from LA that works out of secret sidewalk every few months. (Luis Arias) of the time I spent there, I can tell you that it's a legit shop with good artists. I would recommend it to anyone who's looking to get their first tattoo or some advanced detail work.
