Got a digital perm here with a cut and it looks AMAZING. Ask for Lillian - she cut my hair and gave me bangs and layers very beautifully. I used to go to a chain haircutter but now I will always be going to Lillian! It’s clear she knows her stuff She did a perm that looks exactly like my inspo pic and i LOVE it. 10/10 experience, this is houston’s best kept secret!
