I got here 30 minutes before my appointment I was told they would check me in after 20 minutes of not being called after my appointment I asked “I’m check in right” the lady looked surprised and said “oops” then check me in way after my appointment time. There were not patients in the back even the doctor came to check whether people were being checked in.
