I went in for a consultation at Secret River Dental and they were so friendly. Place is very clean. One lady named Kristina was very nice and talked me through everything and telling me what next steps I have to take. She was so sweet. Everyone was so friendly and consultation went smoothly and in a timely manner. I give them 5 stars. I truly recommend this place.
I was referred to Secret River Dental for an extraction, and my initial visit was excellent. The staff made me feel comfortable, and the overall experience was smooth, which led me to switch to them as my primary dental provider. However, my subsequent visits have been disappointing. Appointment wait times were consistently excessive often over an hour which felt unreasonable and disruptive. Additionally, there were issues with communication and administrative follow-through.
