I am so very disappointed with the appointment set up they have through their website. I requested a nail appointment with Billy for 9:15 this morning. The appointment was confirmed for said time. I arrived for my appointment to find the salon closed and nobody there. I then noticed the time they opened at 10:00. If you have the time set up on the website and it doesn’t match your salon hours that is a major problem. I called and left a message and still haven’t heard anything from them. I went just to get my toes polished on July 3. Got home and looked at my toes Terrible. Went back on monday, did not know they were closed.
This is a pic of my nails looking like I already need a fill in and I’m just being seated for my pedicure. I had them redo them. They weren’t happy about it. Pedi was basic. I didn’t get to pic a service. I thought it was maybe a standard across the board with no options available , but then I saw a man received hot towels and I did not. I am not hard to please at all. But I always drop 200 so I expect a half way decent job. This was my first time here. I won’t return.
Billy is an all star expert and the only one that I go to for acrylic fills. Today I found another expert at Secret Nails. Sophie is so amazing and she is doing the next level of pedicures. If you appreciate a massage with a pedicure, ask for Sophie. It is not only that she is a master masseuse but her entire process is different and wonderful.
We came in for a pedicure today. It was two adult adults and two children pedicures. The children were not getting pedicures, just the adults and the youngest (on the autism spectrum) sat in the chair. Several employees asked if she wanted a pedicure. After agreeing, she received the upmost care and top quality pedicure experience for a child. We are highly pleased and will be returning.
