I decided to try Secret Nails while my daughter was at softball practice. At first, everything seemed fine. The nail technician was friendly, professional, and worked quickly, so I thought I had found a good place. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill. I started coming to this location a few months ago. A full set or fill in and a pedicure is what I always came for. Even recommended this spot to friends. But the last 3 times were not as other times. Instead of being in there for 1 hour, I was there for almost 3 hours, services weren’t as good or even felt right/welcoming as before. This last time my nails were chipping off within 1-2 days. Won’t be back.
Amazing service and great people. They carried out the catseye design so well, and it was so affordable!! This will be my go to from now on.
