Excellent - prompt service! I ordered flowers for my mother. She loved the flowers!! They were fresh and beautifully arranged. And the price, very affordable. I was a ittle skeptical about the delivery time because the delivery was to Washington Heights and it is very far from the shop, but the flowers were delivered within the time frame promised. Luke, the person who took my order was friendly and courteous.

Needed a same delivery and this place was AMAZING. I called their shop and they were so helpful. I placed the order around 10am and by 2pm the flowers has been delivered. I got the "Pick of the Day" bouquet and it was BEAUTIFUL. 10/10 recommend

I wanted to send flowers to my niece, to congratulate her on her new job, and was lucky enough to find Secret Garden Rose. Luke was so helpful in helping me decide what to send to her. They were able to make the lovely bouquet and get it delivered to her within a few hours! I love supporting a local family owned business! I will definitely be using them again. (I also love their name as Secret Garden is one of my favorite books!)
