We’ve shopped here several times before, but today’s experience was disappointing. We were paying cash and were only 25 cents short, and they refused to sell us the flowers. It wasn’t about the 25 cents—it was the lack of customer service and flexibility, especially for returning customers. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back.
