UPDATE Thank you for your reply. This most recent order was for #12984 ***Three days after receiving the bouquet, I opened it up to let the flowers breathe, and unfortunately, it completely fell apart. The roses were especially disappointing: extremely low quality, with petals that looked like they were being held together by sheer force. For context, you can get 20 fresh, vibrant roses from Costco for a fifth of the price. Given this unexpected drop in quality, we won’t be returning.
