Its been a pleasure working with jay. He's a awesome trainer, excellent educator and tremendous role model. He's patient and determined at the same time. He really cares about his clients and their good health. He educate his clients on the importance of good health and how to maintain. He's great at what he does and I'm happy to have him assist me!
