This Victoria who called my daughter was THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON. After she was rude to her on the call, of course I got on the line and raised hell. Who knows what she said while yelling and screaming but rest assured that after almost 10 years, I would NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. They were great while in PG Plaza. But please do not order their products online. I ordered a few boxes of incense on April 30th. A week later, I sent an inquiry of when my order would be arriving. The owner replied stating this: "Orders are taking longer times to process during the pandemic. I'm only allowed in my mall by appointment only, once a week to pickup merchandise to process for shipping at my home. Hopefully this will be over soon.
