Expensive, flowers are overpriced and droopy/look like they are on their way out

They need to work on their customer service skills. There’s a very rude lady that works in there and she has a serious attitude problem. I asked her about the availability of a certain flower and she straight out snapped at me.
Asked the lady about roses and she was very rude i would have paid for a full set. She made me feel embarrassed about asking about roses. Very mean lady here.
