So I would like to commend your company for their lack of professionalism and their ability to take a minor situation and make it gigantic. I would also like to thank them for not waiting to contact me or my landlord to solve this issue but instead dump trash out of my containers all over my lawn and place them next to my neighbors house because you claimed I didn’t have an account- meaning I stole the containers. They show up regularly and when I have extra trash, cheerfully agree to pick it up. (Sure it costs a bit extra, but that seems fair.) We did a huge basement clean out this weekend and this morning all the evidence (as in dozens of bags at the curb, plus assorted other things) was neatly gone. Thanks, Secrest people!
Can't do what they are supposed to do. My trash has been sitting since 12:00 a.m. Wednesday morning. When we call to ask about it... no one that can help is ever available. Oh! Bill isn't late either.
I don't have anything to complain I was treated like crap after being with Kimble for 13 years never late on payments. I live on a crappy road and secrest has never missed a trash pickup Kimble lied for weeks and always said I was on the list for the day and never made it for weeks
