I purchased a home in Secrest Commons, Monroe, NC from DR Horton about two years ago. From the start, I noticed issues with the construction quality. Specifically, the garage floor was delivered in poor condition, and when I raised the issue with DR Horton, a cheap epoxy was applied—but it was done poorly and did not resolve the problem. I WATCHED THE TOTAL PROCESS OF BUILDING OF MY NEW HOME AND IM PLEASED. I KNOW HOW A HOME SHOULD BE BUILT, AS I BUILT ONE MYSELF BACK IN 72. JACKIE ROGERS IS A FANTASTIC SALES PERSON. SHE ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION I HAD. I LOVE MY NEW HOME. I WAS HERE Almost ALL STEPS OF CONSTRUCTION. GREAT STICK BUILT HOME.
I've been living here for about 3 months and couldn't be happier!! The nicest and sweetest community ever! There are so many fun amenities, and I feel so safe! Jackie and James are so helpful with everything even after move in! The location is perfect, so many cute coffee, shops, and grocery stores, and schools nearby! Everything you need for your family! 10/10 recommend!
