Today was my first experience with Secor Subaru. I recently purchased a a used 2017 Legacy my first Subaru purchase. I have been extremely happy with the car. I was do for an oil changed and called Secor this morning for an appointment. I was told they had an immediate opening. I waited for the work to be done and had a wonderful conversation with one of the employees of course while self distancing. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. I would definitely be back to support this local business.
A Shout Out and big thank you to Paul Holden. Due to health issues I'm unable to leave my house right now except for emergencies. I was concerned about being over due for maintenance on my Subaru. Paul picked my car up at my house this morning and took it in for maintenance for me. He even left me his car and keys "just in case". This gives me peace of mind! I've always been treated fairly by Secor Subaru which is the reason I'm a repeat customer, but this goes above and beyond! A grateful customer. Sandi Anglin

kinda funny how a new customer comes in and gets an estimate for a clutch and then finds out its under warranty then all of a sudden they cant confirm the complaint. nice way of doing business I will never refer anyone to your service dept.
