Dr.Secor treated my daughter’s ENT problems that had plagued her for years! Friendly, down to earth, absolutely no ego and awesome bedside manner!!!!
Dr. Secor took care of me and resolved the strep issues I’d had for years! He didn’t make me wait for treatment and was amazing.
Please find ANY OTHER ENT practice. Dr. Secor is the most unprofessional, uncaring, and arrogant MD I have ever encountered. His staff was cold and inappropriate. No regard for pain or dignity. He refused to perform a procedure during my hospitalization at Baptist East unless I came to his office. Hospital staff stated he could have been accommodated there. Dr. Secor explained my daughter's test results in our "terms" so we could understand which meant a lot to us! The staff was great!
Very disappointing. He did not spend 5 minutes with me & no resolution to my issue. What a waste of my copay!
Takes the time to explain the situation options etc .. provided surgeries on me twice great results
Very basic. I did not find him to be well informed. He is probably fine if the patient presents with something common.
Dr Secor did an excellent job with my son’s ear tubes. The whole process was very streamlined and positive!
Doesn’t listen. Doesn’t explain things very well. I’ve always waited for long periods of time to be seen and once he arrives, I feel rushed through the appointment. I had one bad experience with this doctor, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Everybody has bad days. But after having the same type of experience a second time, I won’t be back. On a positive note, the office staff are very nice.
