It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review but I’m only getting the run around dealing directly with the parts department. In early September I ordered a part that did not fit my Jeep. I returned it a few days later for a refund. I’ve gone to the dealership multiple times and each time I’m told someone will take care of it. We’re now about to enter into a new year and last Monday 12/15/25 I was given the same run around.
