I Purchased a Certified pre owned 2021 Wrangler in March 2025 , First time i drove it on the highway the vehicle had vibration. This was a week later from purchasing. I took this vehicle 3 different times back to the dealership for the same issue in less than 2 months. It spent a total 30 days in the service center and at the end i was told it was the tires. Had issue with my2020 jeep cherokee brought to Capitol south for repairs and Chris went out of his way to help me trade in vehicle for a better one giving me a few options within my budget. he was prompt and flexible to my scheduling needs.very helpful and kind.
