Used these guys on a rental property back in Summer of 2016. They did a great job, at a fair price. This year, we needed the roof done on our main residence; so I decided we will go with them again. They did an excellent job: (1) day to remove the old shingles & install the new roof; (8A to 6P) Crew did a dynamite job cleaning up too! Second to None did siding work on my house this year. I was very happy with the them! They were easy to work with from start to finish, helped me with my questions regarding my insurance company, and kept me updated at each step. Even with COVID supply chain issues, there was not much of a delay and I was able to get the color and style I wanted. I am very pleased with the work that was done and the clean up after they finished working. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

We had the roof, gutters, and gutter guards replaced by Second to None Roofing company. The reason we did everything together because the sales person said they would all fit together with their products (being new products). The products don't fit together. We can only blame bad workmanship! We feel the gutter guards weren't installed correctly. The salesman never came back to confirm if we were satisfied with the job. Their customer service is horrible. When you call in for any type of repair work they say they put in a work order for the work, but NO one returns your calls. This company use to be very respondent, but not anymore. I have sent multiple jobs and business their way over the past few years. Not anymore!! I am trying to have my front porch vinyl railing repaired that they installed and they won't even address my concerns to get it repaired. Very disappointed!!!!!

They did a job on my neighbors house on the corner. The roofing crew I had no problems with, afterward the siding crew showed up and then it started. The one crew member (not one of the younger ones) who drives a black crew cab Silverado assaulted me and threatened violence! I was on my phone in my garage and saw him attempting to back into my driveway. It's newer and that work cost me $18,000 and I'm protective of it. Unfortunately, I have nothing nice to say. Myhusband and I had seen Second to None at the Home and Garden Show 2020, looked them up on the BBB saw they had a A+ rating and called them out to our house for a quote. We wanted them to install vinyl siding. Although the quote was higher than the other companies we had received quotes from, we were sold with their customer service and promise.
