knowledgeable, Friendly, Will work until it's done. I have had two cars did there (96 Impala SS 383 SC, and a 08 Cadillac STSV) both cars were done to the hilt. I now just got a 2019 Corvette ZO6 and looking to make plans to get some tuning done there. Great Customer services
RecommendedI've been going to Second Street Speed from just about the time they opened up 30 + years ago. At that time I was a young punk who didn't know anything. They took the time to help me out and I've been going there ever since. Been a lot of years and I've learned a few things and its been great working with them on several projects...now I have another...lol
Bill tuned my Challenger and I’m very happy with the out come... runs like a whole different car!
Place is a joke and thieves! Junk tunes and recommend you tons of parts you don’t even need....don’t leave anything in your vehicle you want to keep because it will be gone when you get it back!
They treated a friend of mine very poorly. Very little communication and when he asked to speak to Bill he was told no. As a company you need communication with the customer. Especially if things aren’t going good. If you also say something is done and isn’t and later find out no work was really done then what food is the business? Then they want to get paid for no work being done? Crazy. Now it could be a one off thing or not but no customer is the same. Gave them my truck to tune and they didnt even change it from the email tune that I currently had on the truck. they just changed the name and a few little things. It was running lean and misfiring when I picked it up. I strongly do not recommend them. Spent two and a half hours each way to drive trailering it there and back for absolutely nothing. Then they tell me they re tuned it and never did. What a joke!!
Bill is first rate and knows is stuff. Would recommend this shop regardless of make or model he does it all.
This was my second time back to see Bill to tune my new car. I’m always happy with the results he always finds more power left on the table from the canned tunes I get emailed to me. He also shares his years of experience and recommends options to get you to your goal and not go over budget, I’ll be back for sure after my next upgrade.
