Jeff the owner ìs fantastic at Second Street love his work. He loves hair obviously 🤩 women come from Texas for hair perfection. Very good prices Jeff loves and appreciates everyone so much he's nothing like others that wanna change in one setting like 165. For highlights. With Jeff that's like 3 visits. Thanks Jeff!
