I have had no issues with the quality of the dental care, both dentists were professional. I am however disappointed with the customer service. I had my appointment canceled and was given no alternative for rescheduling in 2025. The office didn’t care that I was going to waste my dental benefit and didn’t really care when I needed to find another dentist.
My first visit with Second Street Dental, what a great experience!! Everyone is so friendly and I mean everyone!!! Amy my hygienist was very thorough and gentle! She is very attentive to everything! Dr. Paterno is so nice and again very gentle and thorough. So glad my husband and I ended up at this practice. Will recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dental practice!!
This Team is simply AMAZING. Always super nice, smiling and uber professional. A rare thing nowadays. THANK YOU!
