My sister purchased a vehicle from this dealership 16 months ago. Since then, she has had several issues, including a transmission failure. She still owes quite a bit on the vehicle and cannot even drive it due to the condition and the cost of repairs. I would avoid this dealership if you’re in a difficult financial situation, as they take advantage and sell you a “lemon” car that likely doesn’t qualify for “lemon laws” due to the year of the vehicle. I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.
I bought my car here almost two years ago and have not had any problems with it. The employees were very friendly and welcoming on my first visit and still are, every time I go in to make a payment. I recommend them to anyone and everyone who asks!
Desperate for a vehicle me and my little family financed a 2014 chevy sonic from here and it blew up within a month, i asked both the women if they would correct the issue and the response was "our mechanic will fix it but not for free" ..super nice attitudes until there was an issue, then they took a hard turn on being nice!
