Great Service, Purchased a 2-13 Honda Ridgeline from them mainly over the phone from CT, set up finanicng over phone, got up there signed all the documents after a great conversation and long test drive. They quickly took care of a request and bacvk home with a new used car, exactly as advertised. I highly recomend them.

I drove two hours to purchase a vehicle from them (Springfield, MA), and after buying it, the vehicle failed MA inspection due to tire tread. I contacted the dealership, and even though there was no warranty and they were not legally obligated to cover anything, they still reimbursed me for half of the cost of the tires and installation. I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to take the time to recognize them for doing the right thing and helping me out. I really appreciated the way they handled the situation.

Purchased a Subaru Impreza here that came riddled with issues from the battery to the transmission to leaking oil. These issues all popped up very shortly after purchasing the vehicle and have caused me a lot of extra time and money spent. These all should have been found and fixed prior to purchase. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a used vehicle because they did not do their due diligence with mine.
