After bringing my mom home from the hospital, we contacted many home care but Second Start Home was our pick. Ms. Loriane and her staff really took care of my mom. The staff were very attentive to my mom's needs, Ms. Loriane really care about her patients, she checked on my mom twice a week to make sure she was getting all the attention she needed. The care and customer service provided at Second Start Homecare is second to none. Loriane and her team takes really great care of every client like family. The houses are furnished and very neat and tidy. I have no worries because I know my family's in good hands.

Coming across people who genuinely care about humanity in the service of humanity is now a luxury that I fear is becoming too costly for so many people, especially those who need such warmth the most. This is a letter of recommendation for Ms. Loriane Ntanga as both a caregiver for hospice patients and manager of a world-class home health care organization.
