Great service! The young man who helped my daughter find trail shoes and sandals that fit was very polite! We stopped at Dick's Sporting Goods first and there was one pair of shoes and one pair of sandals for women neither in her size! They said the trail shoes were not a priority right now...at Second Sole there were many options for both!
Went in with an open mind, but the salesman was very pushy. I wasn't really asked my taste in shoes, just shown options that were a waste of time. Walked out with nothing because I wasn't asked what I preferred until the end. The young salesman there must have been just wanting a sale or something. I felt like I was at the mattress store on Niles Warren Road, same situation from an "upscale" place. I'd rather order online than to deal with that kind of customer service.

Absolutely the best service I have ever received hands down. Wanted a quality shoe, an older gentlemen greeted me at the door, and was very intelligent! Amazed with the service! Second sole is definitely "running" the shoe business well!

Not sure what the young man's name was that helped me yesterday, but he was awesome! He took the time to measure my foot and look at the wear on my poor running shoes. I ended up with the same ones as last time but they served me well and the recommendation to size up will help my poor little piggies. I appreciate the time he took to help and talk to me. The only place I will buy my running shoes!
