The staff at Second Sole has helped me through my running journey for the last three years. Obviously they know their shoes, but every staff member was able to help me with training, nutrition, fuel, and hydration advice. During the CV-19 shutdown, I needed new shoes. After I bought a pair of shoes that just didn't work for me at Second Sole last month, I was able to return them for a pair that better fit my needs. Dale helped me try on some different pairs and spent time talking about all types of shoes with me. Service is friendly, personal, and highly knowledgeable. This place is so wonderful! We were in and out and they were very helpful. They do a whole walking test and measurement to know what type of shoe you need. Then they bring out a whole bunch of shoes in your size and have you test each one and compare them to the last. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a good pair of running shoes!
Drove almost 40 minutes to shop here and it was worth it. I went looking for a comfortable pair of shoes to wear to work for 12+ hours a day. Mark was very helpful with measuring my feet, recommending which shoes would work best for what I needed, and helping me try on shoes until I found the ones I liked best. Will definitely be shopping here again the next time I need new shoes.
