I got my very 1st tattoo from kelli back when she was in G-town and I was 18. Like 12 years ago. I have come back for more since she came to H-vill and she always does a fabulous job with new tats an cover ups. Shes very gentle and attentive. Shes the only tattooist I will go to, but when you want perfection you must go to the best and she defiantly is the best of the best.
