Rob has done several inspections for us and for clients of ours, all have been excellent
Used Rob twice, first time around he did an excellent job. The second house he did for me, he missed a gaping hole around a bedroom window. No mention in the report. When i sent him the photo, his response was "I can assure you that this was not the case during my inspection and certainly would have been reported on." Would not use an inspector who misses this again. Sorry.
