We hired John a month ago to complete an inspection of a home we had under agreement. I found John to be meticulous with his work. He was extremely thorough and was able to explain cause and effect (and potential future effect) of his findings in a way that was easy to understand. His final report was detailed and delivered within two business days. We would use John again without hesitation and I have recommended him to a few friends who are also purchasing homes

John did our home inspection prior to closing on our house. It was clear from the start he has a lot of experience and knowledge. He was thorough and clear on what he was inspecting.
