he and his crew were very polite and courteous to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions/concerns that my husband and I had. I love our patio and would use them again in the future.

Extremely satisfied. Dependable, trustworthy and conscientious.
Customer service from contractor was Good/Very Good. Responded quickly to inquiry and with follow up calls. Overall opinion: Fair. Tiles installed weren't flush with plane of adjacent tiles. Customer had to apply sealer (although contractor left bottle to use.) Cleanliness during and after job was rather messy.
Kevin the owner of second mile tile did a great job for me really he did 2 great jobs. I highly recommend his company.
