Terrible home inspector..inspected my house...falsified in his report about a crawl space and didnt even bother to go into the crawl space to look and clearly see the repairs...the repairs of which i have proof of from a renowned contractor...lied on a report and scared off a potential buyer...this man is no longer allowed on my property and if he steps a foot on it he will be prosecuted...Left my sliding glass doors standing wide open and windows unsecured as well! people like this man should have their license stripped! My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ray on a recent home inspection. His expertise was apparent throughout the inspection process. The very thorough inspection report was provided in a timely manner. During the inspection he answered all our questions in a polite and professional way. He has a keen eye for detail, pointing out things we would definitely have missed. And I must mention his great sense of humor. I wholeheartedly recommend Second Look Home Inspections.
Have used on more than one occasion. Ray is thorough and knowledgeable. His experience shows through in his work. He highlights the good and bad that he finds during inspection and explains it all. The reports that he gives are very detailed and I appreciate all the pictures that he takes and shares, especially for those hard to access areas.
