My wife was a faithful customer for 15+ years and was trying them recently. As my wife and I came in one day, the sales associate was giving my wife a extremely hard time and forcing and requiring her to vigorously lent clean some pants I brought in and I said nothing. The associate mentioned that the policy changed and they have the legal right to donate anything at any time customers bring in at the 2nd looks discretion.
