It is hard to find a good place, let alone a great one, that boards cats. I feel lucky to have found Second Home when I had to board my cat for 9 days. The facility is amazing and the staff are wonderful. Would recommend Second Home to any cat owner who has to have their pet cared for outside their own home. It truly is a pet resort and not just a boarding kennel.
My dogs were so well taken care of and happy. We had a worry free vacation and so did they. The staff is awesome.
years prior, our dogs had engaging and wonderful experiences. I don't know if management or ownership changed but i was so disappointed to find out that I was lied to twice. After the first time and conversations with the manager, i tried again and accidentally learned my pup was put in boarding and not daycare! i am very disappointed but can also recommend places that do not do this without your permission and knowledge.
Our beautiful senior labrador retriever was well cared for! She enjoyed the water park and meeting new friends. The staff took the time to understand what her needs were, with consideration for monitoring her activity due to her arthritis.
Everyone has been so sweet and helpful. Beautiful and clean facility if you need to board your dog/cat or take to doggie daycare.
Just my first days away from Jenna and ace. To say they and I felt nothing but kindness and compassion when we walked thru the door is an understatement. Jenna who is normally anxious took to the handler and was happy to go with him. I had never left them alone with anyone but felt nothing but ease knowing they were in safe caring hands. Recommend? Everything and everyone here - they truly love our fur kids as much as there own (even when we have some of the rowdiest, neediest, and whiniest fur kids out there.)
Wonderful experience for my dog every time she goes. These people truly care about our pets!
i highly recommend this place. Staff are very professional, attentive, loving people who really care! We were able to see our fur babies on a web cam and Destiny kept us posted the whole time they stayed there. We will definitely use them again.
