Located in South Florida, this condo association has a difficult time keeping building managers. I have managed complexes before, and it can be tiresome, so I do understand... but it can also be very rewarding and fulfilling. This complex, even though clean, does need many updates to be able to compete with the new structures they're building all around this community. For as much as the HOA fees cost, certainly more can be put toward improving this lovely community.
