this place is ridiculous. i took in an entire basket of mostly new clothes with tags. they offered me $8 when i know they will make triple. what a rip off

I love all of there locations! There staff is amazing and so are there prices.
I have gone to both locations to take clothes on Consignment. The other location is at 13 mile and Harper. However, I will never take anything there again. I had taken some clothes that I didn't want any long. My Daughter gave me an expensive leather jacket to take with my things. Both locations said they couldn't accept any of the items. When I got home I noticed that the leather jacket was not with the other clothes. So I called and talked to the Manager, Melissa and told her to give me back the jacket and she did.
They have a very clean and organized store I am there all the time
I love the quality of the items and the environment is always inviting
I've always had good experiences here.
