Never got a call back.
Second Gen came to my home, quickly isolated the problem and the furnace back in working order in almost no time. Couldn't beat their price. I'll be sure to call them again when I have HVAC problems.
Travis and Justin installed our new furnace, air conditioner including a new coil and a high efficiency water heater.
