The staff on Saturday at 5 pm were very warm and welcoming. They made me feel right at home. And the caramel macchiato is a banger!
Pros : open on January 1st, very nice to get a coffee delivered on New Year’s morning. Cons : the coffee doesn’t come in a bag, so it was pretty cold, and they use double lid so it doesn’t spill, sounds like a lot of plastic waste to me. Starbucks uses little stickers to cover the hole. I wish Second Cup would that. Oh, and also : they charge extra for plant based milk. Starbucks dropped the surcharge. Please Second Cup, do better. Happy New Year !

Just stopped quickly for a coffee and let me say it was absolutely delicious wowww!! Definitely just found my new fav spot for my morning coffee:) girl serving today gave me excellent service totally made my morning! 10/10 recommend
