I’ve been coming to this establishment for years but lately the service has gone down hill. I’m walking in on a manager that curses and swears. She ignores me why because I don’t tip as well as some other costumers. I’ve have seen her degrade other employees. This kinda of manager shouldn’t be like this. On a positive note most of your employees are fantastic and engage with the costumers very well from what I see. I’m sorry for having to say any of this but it has been an issue I’ve been having for I while.
Terrible service couldn’t refund my money after selling me something they couldn’t they didn’t have.
Great service
Today I decided to get something from second cup this morning. I went in and was greeted by a girl with dark hair and glasses she was very polite and friendly. I ordered my drink and while ordering a short blonde woman came from outback swearing and looking very angry. I got my drink and it was very delicious but coming in an establishment and a person comes out swearing and not very greeting isn’t something I should experience nor should any other customer. She really must hate her job.
