I genuinely love this coffee — in my opinion, it’s the only place in NB that consistently makes an awesome cappuccino. The quality of the coffee is the reason I keep coming back. Unfortunately, my experience with service in the mornings has become uncomfortable. One staff member visibly reacts when I can’t tip, especially when I use a gift card instead of a bank card. A server turned on the water into a jug and let it run and run and run while I waited to be served and then for my order. We have a water shortage here. I politely asked the two employees to turn it off and was essentially ignored. I will never go to this place again.

I’ve been coming to this establishment for years but lately the service has gone down hill. I’m walking in on a manager that curses and swears. She ignores me why because I don’t tip as well as some other costumers. I’ve have seen her degrade other employees. This kinda of manager shouldn’t be like this. On a positive note most of your employees are fantastic and engage with the costumers very well from what I see. I’m sorry for having to say any of this but it has been an issue I’ve been having for I while.
