Horrible customer service. Some are friendly enough however 70% of interactions are rude staff that act like you’re inconveniencing them by ordering something. And then if you choose no tip (why would I choose to tip you with the attitude you’re giving me) they come back with an even more sour mood. Generally, I really enjoy coming here....but the team is slower. Sometimes I order for pick up...faster transaction, right?! Definitely not. Placed an order at 705, arrived at 715, the associate did not even review it, but was on her screen. 15 minutes later I had my order. 25 minutes for a latte and breakfast sandwich? And no. To be fair the coffee is great, but I had to wait for 40 minutes and they forgot my order, serving several people ahead of me. Also the bathrooms had no toilet paper or paper towel. Wouldn't of been so bad but I was there with my four year old.
