The Americano didn’t taste fresh, and the sleeve for the hot cup was missing, which made it uncomfortable to hold. I was also confused by the tip prompt during payment, especially since the service was limited to handing over the drink. I still left a tip, but the overall service felt slow and not very attentive. That said, the café was clean and I really liked the patio seating—it’s a nice spot to relax. I think with a bit more warmth and care in customer service, the experience could be much better.

I walked into the cafe feeling like I was interrupting employees from chatting with each other. The other location at the St Vital mall is always polite and friendly. The drink was still great, but the stares and the unwanted vibe I got felt like they didn’t want to serve me here.
This is second time I bought coffee from the store. Still so disappointed, the service is terrible. I need repeat 4 times to order coffee and I wait for 15 minutes to get it. So disappointed. And the girl is so rude, make me feel uncomfortable. The car in front of me and three cars behind me left because of the waiting. No service like that.
