Fantastic service
I love this coffee shop! Always great, friendly service & the coffee is great. I always treat myself to one everytime I go grocery shopping out east.
Normally it is a good place, however they have lowered the quality significantly
I have gone in a few times now this Christmas to buy the eggnog beans. Sometimes I get a free cup of coffee and sometimes the staff tell me no. I have asked at both the East Point location and the King Street East location and both are the same. So which is it??? You do get a free cup when you buy a bag of beans or you don’t!!! Does it depend on the day, the staff, they pick at a whim if it’s a yes or no??? Why is there no consistency!!?? It’s poor service and the staff show be on the same page.
