I like the atmosphere here and oat latte
Second Cup has the best vanilla bean lattes and hot chocolate - yes better than Starbucks! Their food is quite good too. The service is also good and the vibe at this Second Cup is energetic and it’s always busy which I love to see. Support Canadian businesses!
The cashier decided to make a big point about me bringing in a drink cup from somewhere else when I was going to buy a pastry. I'm surprised they can stay in business with this ridiculous attitude to people who want to purchase their goods. On the other hand, I'm not surprised that it was completely empty. I'll never patronize this or any other Second Cup store again. Edit: the insinuation of aggressive behavior in the store's reply is deeply offensive but again I probably shouldn't be surprised
