Probably the worst Second Cup I’ve ever been to, and I’m a loyal Second Cupper. Not sure if the lady who works there is the manager or owner but she is always leaning on the counter on her phone, texting or talking on it to the point where I end up waiting there for a few minutes in a completely empty restaurant waiting for her to finish her phone conversation. Once she does finally give you some of her attention, she makes you feel like you’re a huge burden to her for even ordering. I feel like prison guards are friendlier.... read more
I have been to this location a few times. The staff is friendly and patient. They have a great selection of cakes and pastries and cookies. Second Cup is my favorite coffee place. My favorite coffee drink is caramel corretto and caramel frappe.
The muffin I was served was old and dry, dry, dry. It was old food. If you're trying to prevent food waste, advertise the food is past its best before date and heavily discount it, but I'd prefer just eating fresh food. I ate the muffin off site and realized on bite one it was old and bad or I'd have went right back and asked for a refund. Muffin spat right out. Inedible. In addition service way below average. I'll never go back. Awful. :(
