Staff was super friendly and helpful
Enjoyed my latte here. They were kind and nice music playing.
I know that some reviews were speaking about the poor service, however, they clearly missed out or did not get the chance to meet Alysha. What a doll! Great customer service, with a smile even as they are closing up for the day! Even when i messed up on milk choice, And even when I vented to her. Yes, its in a hospital, so they do not get the typical happy people who are picking up their coffees. They deal with the sick and the family of the unwell who are often on their nerves end.
