I like the drinks here, but the drive through is terrible. Can’t hear them on the monitor and got our drinks completely wrong - even after reminding them at the window. Came to support a non-Tim’s/Mcdonalds business and sadly have to go back to those options when I can’t leave the car.
Can't comment on the food or coffee here as drive-thru takes priority over someone walking in. Waited for two additional orders to be taken then left
It’s my favorite coffee but they are consistently short on staff so the waits are long. Tough to make the choice to stop here if you are on your way somewhere else; always at risk of being late.
I have been waiting for 15 minutes at the drive through. Horrible! And they forgot our whipping cream! Honestly they need to fire their staff
