I’d give zero stars if I could. The customer service was horrible. I came in when they weren’t busy and wanted to use the washroom before ordering. There were three young ladies standing around chatting. I asked for the key and one of the girls looked at me and rudely said “it’s for customers only”. I was taken aback at her tone and the fact that she was insinuating that I was not a customer. I’m the most basic white girl there is. I am their main customer demographic. Staff is not very welcoming...They don't even call out for the order when there is is no one inside the cafe....very slow on service with 2 staff talking to each other rather than taking orders...We love the second cup cofee that's why we visit regularly at this location....Hope to see the changes soon...
Ordered a cappuccino, through the drive through. Got steamed milk. Attention to detail doesn’t exist.
Ordered a flat white .. was very disappointing.. full of milk.. no froth.. was too hot ..
