Friendly accommodating staff. The best! Comfortable setting and of course delicious coffee and food items. Where I go to relax and recharge. My go to place!
Amazing customer service. I was here for dad's hair cut around 5pm close time and the girl here was so pleasant and happy to serve everyone. She was caring towards her staff. Overall a great soul. Mango boost was delicious too. She will be an excellent Manager or store owner.
Excellent customer service. We came early to Hazeldean Mall but this Second Cup was very accommodating and served us our usual excellent cup of coffee and a cookie.
Service was jovial . An I apprecithat very much given the fact that there were no people around due to the lockdown.
